Introducing Sharin Attamimi – a singer, songwriter and rising star in RnB, Soul, and Jazz. With a voice that effortlessly blends emotion and power, the Arab-Indonesian, Australian-raised artist lets her roots colour her music, setting an exotic and haunting mood whilst invoking contemporary influences such as Amy Winehouse, Lauryn Hill and Jorja Smith. Translating the human experience through her lyrical and melodic creativity, her music transcends language, culture and genre and hits close to home.
Sharin completed a Diploma of Jazz at The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a focus on Voice. She competed in Season 6 of the Voice and achieved a place in the Top 24 of Australian Idol last year. Her original compositions can be heard on all streaming platforms.
