Jazz for Kids with Libby Hammer is all about having fun while playing and listening to music! It’s a singalong, it’s interactive, it’s toe-tapping and it encourages kids to celebrate life and to get up and dance!
If recording a jazz version of the Sesame Street Theme for her first album wasn’t a clue that Libby Hammer is young at heart, then today’s concert will clinch it. Libby and her awesome band introduce the sounds of funk, pop, blues, and jazz music to eager young ears with some well-known tunes from the children’s songbook but also with some songs written especially for kids by Libby herself. And there is room for everybody to join in on the singing, so bring your best singing voice and your boogie shoes! Libby always has important helper jobs for any big kids who might come along, and leads an all-star band of Perth’s finest Jazz musicians, so although the show is aimed at 3 – 7 year olds, we think big kids and kids at heart will love it too!

Tables will be removed for this show to make room for tiny dancers! Please bring a cushion as booth seating will be limited and tickets are strictly limited to ensure your comfort so be quick!
Tickets are a flat $26 per person with babies under 1 free! And for an extra $10 each per child, grab a show bag with a piece of fruit, a cookie and a drink! Pre-order when you book your tickets and they’ll be ready to collect at the door.

Jazz For Kids is a relaxed performance and runs for 60 minutes without an interval.
