The Lachlan McGargill Quartet presents a night of all new, original music that explores the likes of Modern Jazz. Influenced by the likes of Mark Turner, Seamus Blake, Walter Smith and more, Lachlan has a unique musical style that encapsulates the characteristics of the modern Jazz sound. Lachlan’s original compositions aim to use music as a vehicle to share his lived experiences, and to showcase his unique musical style.
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Lachlan has the privilege of touring both internationally and around Australia and has worked with various high calibre musicians. For this project, The Lachlan McGargill quartet is comprised of exceptional locally based musicians that bring invaluable style and talent to the project.
