The Ellington does not refund items or tickets if you simply change your mind, or are unable to attend a show you have booked.

We seat cabaret style, and tables are often shared. We are not able to guarantee you will have a non-sharing table.
Our seating is a mixture of high stools, booths and chairs. If you have a specific seating request please put it into the notes section of the checkout, but we can not guarantee any request.
If you would like to sit with someone booking separately, please make mention of this in the notes of your booking.
