Experience a special performance revisiting the original compositions of Jamie Oehlers, one of Australia’s foremost jazz artists. Spanning a remarkable 30-year career, this performance will feature music from Jamie’s acclaimed and award-winning albums, including The Assemblers, Paper Tiger, Night Music, You R Here, and Smoke and Mirrors.
A winner of the prestigious 2005 World Saxophone Competition, Australian Jazz Artist of the Year, and multiple Australian Jazz ‘Bell’ Awards, Jamie’s music has left an indelible mark on the Australian jazz scene.
Joining Jamie are his long-time collaborators: Ricki Malet on trumpet, Harry Mitchell on piano, Zac Grafton on bass, and Ben Vanderwal on drums. Together, this all-star ensemble will take you on an unforgettable musical journey.
